Clinical Unit Manager – Nursing Home Leader (RN)

Be at the heart of Bupa’s Erskine Hall Care Home in Northwood, leading a clinical unit with 36 hours per week and a schedule of 8am-8pm shifts. You will oversee care delivery, mentor staff, and maintain the highest standards for resident wellbeing.

You’ll ensure documentation is accurate, coordinate across shifts, and develop strong partnerships with residents, families, and local health partners. A registered nurse with NMC pin is essential for this role.
