About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) for energy-related applications and data platforms.
• Develop architectural blueprints and roadmaps for cloud adoption and migration strategies, focusing on energy transition initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and operations teams to define infrastructure requirements and ensure seamless deployment of services.
• Lead the evaluation and integration of new cloud services and technologies to enhance performance and capabilities.
• Establish best practices for cloud security, compliance, governance, and cost management.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cloud engineers and DevOps teams remotely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and software development, with at least 5 years focused on cloud architecture .
• Deep expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related services.
• Proven experience designing and implementing solutions for large-scale data processing, IoT, and AI/ML workloads.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, effective in a remote work environment .
