About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to design and implement scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud solutions in Wolverhampton . Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure, highly available, and fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and document cloud architecture blueprints and migration strategies.
• Evaluate and recommend cloud services and technologies to meet business and technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and operations teams.
• Optimize cloud environments for cost, performance, and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security best practices in cloud deployments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define cloud strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cloud computing, with a strong focus on architecture and design.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions using microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless technologies.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and database concepts in a cloud context.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
