About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions in Wolverhampton . This strategic role will involve translating business requirements into comprehensive cloud architecture designs, leveraging expertise in major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will guide technical teams, establish best practices, and ensure the successful migration and operation of applications in the cloud. Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end cloud solutions based on business needs and technical requirements.
• Evaluate and select appropriate cloud services and technologies to meet project objectives.
• Develop migration strategies and oversee the implementation of cloud solutions.
• Ensure cloud solutions are secure, resilient, cost-optimized, and compliant with industry standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and operations teams.
• Create comprehensive architectural documentation and present solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with a significant focus on cloud architecture and design.
• In-depth knowledge of major cloud providers (AWS , Azure , GCP) and their services.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and data management in cloud environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
