Cloud Telemetry Specialist – Connected Coffee Machines

Midas is seeking a Product Support Specialist to provide expert remote support for connected coffee machines across the UK and Ireland. The role involves diagnosing faults via cloud telemetry, analyzing machine performance with push/pull data, and assisting distributors with technical issues and system setup.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on coffee machine experience with strong IT/data capabilities, and will train customers on telemetry tools while logging cases in the CRM system.
