Club General Manager - Fitness & Member Experience

Frasers Group is seeking a full-time leadership professional to open and run a new Everlast Gym club in Greater London, driving performance across sales, service and operations to deliver an exceptional member experience at every visit.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, drive all revenue lines including memberships and PT, and maintain standards, safety, and a culture of ambition and resilience across shifts.
