As a CNC Mill Operator, you will benefit from:
4 day working week (Monday to Thursday)
£15.00 per hour
Occasional overtime available for those who want it

Opportunity to build specialist skills across CNC milling, fabrication and welding
As a CNC Mill Operator, your responsibilities will include:
Set up and operate CNC milling machines to technical drawings and specifications
Programme machine operations using CAD/CAM software and interpret engineering drawings
Monitor machine performance to ensure optimal operation and quality output
Carry out routine maintenance, inspections and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
Select appropriate tooling and fixtures to maintain precision and safety standards
Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and quality checks
As a CNC Mill Operator, your experience will include:
Proven experience with CNC milling operations in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of fabrication techniques, tooling and materials handling
Experience programming X, Y, Z machines desirable
Mechanical aptitude with hands-on tool skills and basic maths for measurements
Basic welding knowledge and assembly experience advantageous
Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow detailed technical instructions accurately
