What's on Offer? Location: St Leonards-on-Sea Salary: £14.25 per hour, rising to £15.00 after probation Hours: Monday–Friday, rotating 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm Contract: Temp-to-perm, full-time

Key Responsibilities

Operate and set CNC routing machinery Read technical drawings and CAD files Load materials and monitor production Carry out measurements and quality checks Complete production paperwork accurately Perform basic maintenance and tooling changes Work safely and meet production deadlinesWhat We’re Looking For

CNC router or similar CNC experience Manufacturing or fabrication background Ability to read technical drawings Experience using Vernier calipers and similar measuring equipment Good attention to detail and quality Basic machine maintenance and fault-finding knowledge Strong teamwork and communication skills Composite materials experience and FLT licence would be advantageousReady for your next CNC opportunity?
