This is a Monday to Friday (38 hr week) based position with no shift work. To be considered you must have proven experience programming CNC laser cutting AND/OR punching machines within a sheet metal manufacturing environment and strong working knowledge of sheet metal software i.e. RADAN, SigmaNEST or JETCAM. Role –

CNC Programmer (RADAN) Produce and optimise CNC programs for laser cutting and punching machines using sheet metal software (RADAN). Create efficient nests to maximise material utilisation and minimise waste. Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD files and customer specifications. Maintain and develop the part libraries, tooling libraries and manufacturing database to ensure programming consistency, accuracy and efficiency. Ensure all programs are production-ready and meet quality requirements. Identify opportunities to reduce cycle times, improve machine utilisation and enhance production processes.
