Location: Stroud

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: Competitive Salary + Quarterly Bonus + Overtime

Shift Pattern - Permanent Night Shift

Monday - Thursday: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am

Friday: 5:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Weekdays: 1.5x basic hourly rate

Saturday: 1.5x basic hourly rate

Sunday: 2x basic hourly rate

Role Responsibilities

As a CNC Setter/Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Setting and operating CNC machinery

Producing precision-engineered components to specification

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

Carrying out in-process inspection checks

Completing production and quality documentation

Supporting production targets and efficiency improvements

Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards

Working closely with Team Leaders and production teams The Person

The successful CNC Setter/Operator will ideally have:

Previous CNC setting and operating experience

Experience within a manufacturing or precision engineering environment

Ability to read engineering drawings

Good understanding of quality inspection processes

Strong attention to detail

Reliable and proactive approach to work
