Are you an experienced CNC Setter Operator looking for your next challenge? If so, this opportunity cannot be missed! Our client, a leading engineering business, is recruiting for a CNC Operator due to growth in the business.

CNC Setter Operator – Key responsibilities:

Safely set and operate machinery to produce components efficiently and to the required standards. Follow all relevant procedures, work instructions and Health & Safety requirements. Communicate effectively with colleagues and shift teams, ensuring key information and issues are promptly shared. Identify and report production issues, supporting problem-solving and continuous improvement. Maintain a clean, organised and safe working area while supporting wider departmental requirements.

CNC Setter Operator - Essential Skills & Experience:

Ability to read technical drawings and communicate technical information. CNC machining experience, including Fanuc-controlled machinery. Strong knowledge of tooling, work-holding and machining techniques. Excellent understanding of quality, inspection and shop floor systems. Engineering background with strong communication, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
