As a CNC Trainee, your responsibilities will include:
- Loading brass bar into the CNC bar feeders
- Starting programs under supervision, checking first‑off quality before full batch runs
- Monitoring machines throughout the manufacturing process
- Confirming product quality against drawings and specifications
- Carrying out cleaning, safety checks and tooling checks, flagging any issues to the CNC Machinist
As a CNC Trainee, your experience will include:
- No prior CNC experience required, full training given
- Some basic knowledge of CNC machines would be an advantage
- A keen eye for detail and quality
- Willingness to learn and follow instruction from experienced machinists
- Reliability and a good attendance record
