We're recruiting for a leading aerospace & precision engineering business in Wolverhampton looking for a CNC Programmer, Setter, Operator (Turning) to join their production team on precision components.

What you'll be doing:

• Programming, setting and operating CNC turning machinery (up to 3-axis) to drawing/customer spec

• Maximising stock utilisation, minimising scrap and waste

• Keeping stock control records accurate and up to date

• Supporting and training other operatives

What you'll need:

• Solid CNC turning experience – programming, setting and operating

• Confidence reading drawings and cutting patterns

• Fanuc experience a bonus, not essential

• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-focused

• Days: Mon–Thu 08:00–17:00, Fri 08:00–13:00 – early finish every Friday!
