Kent/London Hybrid
We are recruiting for a Commercial and Display Planner to join a leading fresh produce business, supporting both commercial and retail display planning activity for a major UK retailer.
This is a hybrid role combining data analysis, range and display planning, commercial support and cross-functional collaboration. You will help drive availability, space utilisation, in-store experience and commercial performance across the fresh produce category.
Commercial and Display Planner Key Responsibilities
Own and manage weekly range change activity, working with display planning, buying and supply chain teams.
Support the creation and delivery of produce planograms and display changes.
Review and implement feedback from retail operations and stores.
Work with space planning teams to ensure displays suit different store formats and equipment.
Attend regular category meetings, huddles and cross-functional updates.
Support the Commercial team with the management of key customer accounts.
Maintain and report on customer data including sales, KPIs and promotional performance.
Support customer portal activity, including code generation and product updates in Prophet.
Produce regular commercial reporting and insight summaries.
Work closely with forecasting, commercial, retail and supply chain teams.Commercial and Display Planner Key Skills and Experience
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large data sets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisation and time management.
Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience within commercial, category, merchandising, display planning or retail analysis would be advantageous.
Previous experience within grocery, FMCG, food or fresh produce would be beneficial.
Comfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
