About the Role

Our client is recruiting a proactive Commercial Architect to drive the design and delivery of innovative commercial developments from their base in Liverpool . This position involves working on a variety of exciting projects, including office buildings, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments, from initial concept through to project completion. You will be responsible for ensuring designs are commercially viable, aesthetically pleasing, and meet the evolving needs of modern businesses, collaborating closely with clients and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for commercial projects, ensuring commercial viability and market appeal.
• Develop creative design solutions for office spaces, retail environments, and mixed-use schemes.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations for clients and planning authorities.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with demonstrated experience in commercial sector projects.
• Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and relevant visualization software.
• Strong understanding of commercial development processes and market demands.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in commercial building design.
