You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial properties, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of floors, surfaces, and furniture.
• Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas, ensuring all fixtures and amenities are clean and well-stocked.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, replacing liners and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, reporting any malfunctions or necessary repairs.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals and materials.
• Respond to ad-hoc cleaning requests or emergencies as needed to maintain site standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial or domestic cleaning.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment usage and maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks within set schedules.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures in a cleaning context.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
