Our client is looking for a reliable and diligent Commercial Cleaning Operative to join their team in Bradford . This role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of various commercial properties, including offices, retail spaces, and public areas. You will be responsible for executing daily cleaning duties to a high standard, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and their customers. The position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently and independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing restrooms, and emptying bins.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the required quality standards within allocated timeframes.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of designated commercial areas, including entryways, reception areas, and office spaces.
• Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals and equipment, following all instructions and safety guidelines.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or potential hazards observed during cleaning to the supervisor.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained after use.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial or domestic cleaning is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Understanding of basic cleaning procedures and the safe use of cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
