You will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring all services meet stringent quality and safety standards. This role demands strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively manage both personnel and resources to deliver exceptional cleaning solutions to a diverse clientele, acting as a key point of contact for clients and ensuring operational efficiency through a blend of on-site supervision and remote coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of cleaning staff, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion.
• Conduct regular inspections of client premises to guarantee the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Provide on-the-job training and ongoing coaching to cleaning operatives.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper inventory control and maintenance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols in line with company and legislative requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning supervision or management.
