About the Role

You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained, leading a team of cleaning operatives, and managing schedules and resources effectively. This role is crucial in maintaining the professional image and operational efficiency of our client's facilities and their clients'.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of cleaning staff, providing clear instructions and performance feedback.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with cleaning standards and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and assign tasks to team members.

Requirements
