About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to oversee operations in Coventry . In this role, you will lead a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality cleaning services across various commercial properties. Your responsibilities will include team management, quality control, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of cleaning staff to ensure high standards of service delivery.

• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure all areas are cleaned to the required specifications.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed and ensuring efficient use.
• Ensure all team members adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper use of chemicals and equipment.
• Liaise with clients or facility managers to address any specific cleaning requirements or concerns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the commercial cleaning industry.
