About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to lead their cleaning team in Southampton . Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of the cleaning team, assigning tasks and ensuring completion.
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleaning standards are met and identify any deficiencies.
• Train new cleaning staff on procedures, safety protocols, and the correct use of equipment.
• Manage cleaning supplies inventory, ordering stock as needed while controlling costs.
• Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures within the cleaning team.
• Liaise with site management or clients to address specific cleaning requirements or concerns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
