About the Role

Our client is recruiting an experienced Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to lead their cleaning team in the Liverpool area. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of service delivery, and managing resources effectively to meet client expectations. You will be responsible for training, motivating, and guiding your team, conducting quality checks, and ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a comprehensive understanding of commercial cleaning best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of commercial cleaning staff.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of cleaned areas to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage cleaning supplies inventory and ensure efficient stock rotation.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Address client concerns and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and sanitation standards .
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks for a team.
• Familiarity with health and safety legislation.
• Proficiency in using cleaning management software is a plus.
