About the Role

Our client is looking for an energetic and reliable Commercial Cleaning Team Leader to manage cleaning operations for various business premises in Glasgow . This role involves leading a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring high standards of service delivery, and maintaining client satisfaction. You will be responsible for task delegation, quality control, stock management, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of cleaning staff to achieve performance targets.
• Develop and manage daily/weekly cleaning schedules for commercial properties.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning quality meets company and client standards.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
• Enforce all company policies and health and safety regulations among the team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader capacity.
• Strong understanding of commercial cleaning techniques and products.
