Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, service level agreements, and partnership agreements.
- Advise clients on contractual risks, liabilities, and best practices.
- Ensure all contracts comply with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Manage contract lifecycle processes and maintain organized contract records.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand their contractual needs and provide tailored advice.

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years of experience in commercial contract law.
- Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
