About the Role

Our client, a dynamic and growing firm in Sheffield , is seeking a skilled Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their busy transactional team. This role will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements for a diverse range of businesses. You will provide crucial legal support, ensuring that client interests are protected and that contracts are clear, compliant, and commercially sound. Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including terms and conditions, supply agreements, and NDAs.
• Advise clients on contractual risk and provide practical solutions to contractual issues.
• Ensure all contracts comply with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Manage contract lifecycles and assist with contract management systems.
• Support the wider firm on contractual aspects of corporate and commercial transactions.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' experience in drafting and advising on commercial contracts .
• Strong understanding of commercial law principles and contractual best practices.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in sectors relevant to the firm's client base is a plus.
