About The Role

You'll work on a wide variety of residential construction projects including:

High-end home renovations

Extensions

Loft and garage conversions

Luxury kitchen installations

Bathroom refurbishments

Bespoke new-build developments

Design and build projects

No two projects are the same, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and client interaction.

Key Duties

As part of the commercial team you will:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions

Measure drawings and produce Bills of Quantities
