About the Role

Our client is looking for a diligent and efficient Commercial Facilities Cleaner to maintain the pristine condition of various business premises in Reading . Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and lobbies.
• Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, and ensure all surfaces are free of dust and debris.
• Sanitize restrooms, restocking supplies and ensuring high levels of hygiene.
• Empty waste receptacles and manage general waste disposal according to site policies.
• Clean windows, doors, and other fixtures to maintain a professional appearance.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial cleaning is advantageous, but training will be provided for suitable candidates.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals , supplies, and equipment used in commercial environments.
• Understanding of health and safety protocols, including COSHH regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks within allocated periods.
• Physical stamina for manual cleaning tasks and ability to lift moderate weights.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential.
