Commercial Finance Manager - P&L, Growth & Board Insight

Morgan Mckinley (Crawley) is seeking a qualified accountant to own the commercial finance agenda within a fast-growing business. You will report to the MD and influence P&L performance, trading, forecasting, pricing and growth strategy, while leading the commercial finance team.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA credentials, strong FP&A experience, excellent Excel modelling, and hands-on collaboration with senior stakeholders.
