Commercial Finance Manager

A genuinely commercial finance role with a seat at the table.

I'm looking for a qualified accountant with strong commercial finance / FP&A experience to join a fast-growing, ambitious business and take ownership of its commercial finance agenda.

Reporting directly to the MD, you'll have real influence across P&L performance, trading, pricing, forecasting, investment and growth strategy.

What you'll be doing:

• Full ownership of P&L and trading performance
• Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning
• Commercial modelling, pricing and unit economics
• Providing insight to commercial and marketing teams
• Driving margin improvement and cost optimisation
• Assessing new opportunities and investment cases
• Producing Board-level reporting and insight
• Leading and developing the commercial finance team
• Improving BI reporting and financial analysis

What we're looking for:

✔ ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified ✔ Strong commercial finance or FP&A background ✔ Excellent Excel modelling skills ✔ Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau ✔ Commercially sharp with a strong understanding of P&L and margins ✔ Confident operating with senior stakeholders and at Board level ✔ Hands-on, energetic and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
