Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the world’s most trusted FM companies, with an exceedingly good reputation within the industry. The role requires a strong commercial gas background and involves working on a variety of equipment including boilers, AHUs, pumps, and motors. The selected engineer will be responsible for maintaining a number of sites from Coventry to Oxford, building great relationships while performing reactive work and preventive maintenance (PPMs).

Responsibilities

• Perform PPMs and reactive maintenance on boilers, AHUs, water booster systems, mechanical and ventilation systems, temperature testing, fans, pumps, etc.
• Conduct inspections, fault-finding and diagnostics.
• Participate in an on‑call rota (details discussed at interview).
• Work an average of 42.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• ACS Commercial Gas Qualification (Essential)
• NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical/HVAC (Essential)
• F Gas Category 1 (Desirable)
• 18th Edition (Desirable)
