The Role
Service, maintenance and fault finding on commercial gas and burner equipment Planned and reactive maintenance across social housing and building services contracts Covering South London and the Home Counties 1 in 6 call-out rota with £450 monthly retainer Plenty of overtime available to significantly boost earnings Delivering high standards of workmanship, safety and customer service Requirements Commercial Gas ACS qualifications (COCN1/CODNCO1, CIGA1 and relevant commercial modules) Proven experience servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on commercial boilers and burners Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Full UK Driving Licence Previous experience within social housing, FM or building services desirable Why Apply?
