Commercial Gas Engineer
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE Location: Midlands Permanent | Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a growing team covering the Midlands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified engineer with strong commercial experience to work across a varied portfolio of sites, including hospitals, shopping centres and other large commercial properties.
The role will involve a mixture of service, maintenance, fault finding, repairs, installations and PPMs, as well as supporting small works and projects valued up to £2 million.
Key Responsibilities

Service, maintain and repair commercial gas and heating systems.
*
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
*
Diagnose and rectify faults on commercial heating equipment.
*
Complete commercial gas installations and small works.
*
Work across a variety of commercial sites, including hospitals and shopping centres.
*
Complete required paperwork and compliance documentation.
*
Ensure all works are carried out safely and to the required standards.
Requirements
*
Valid Commercial ACS Gas qualifications.
*
Previous experience working on commercial heating systems.
*
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
*
Commercial Gas / Heating engineering experience.
*
Full UK driving licence.
*
Good communication and customer service skills.
