You will build strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their specific risks and providing expert guidance. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen and a commitment to delivering exceptional service from our Sunderland -based office.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
• Assess client's business operations and identify potential risks requiring insurance cover.
• Source, compare, and negotiate insurance policies from a range of providers.
• Advise clients on risk management strategies and policy terms.
• Handle renewals, endorsements, and claims queries efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Insurance Broker, specifically within the commercial sector.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and the insurance market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple client accounts.
• Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., Cert CII or Dip CII) are essential.
