About the Role

You will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of commercial clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all insurance needs. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of commercial clients across various industries.
• Analyze business risks and identify appropriate insurance products and coverage levels.
• Negotiate terms and premiums with insurers to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Provide expert advice on risk management and insurance best practices.
• Process new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Commercial Insurance Broker or similar role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance products and the insurance market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Professional qualifications such as Cert CII or Dip CII are advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model from our Sunderland office and remotely.
