Commercial Legal Counsel: Flexible, Growth‑Oriented Deals

Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel within the Office of General Counsel. You will draft and negotiate commercial contracts with key clients and suppliers, ensuring risks are identified, mitigated and aligned with the firm’s growth.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Quality and Risk teams, advise on international contracts, data-sharing and software supply agreements, and help train colleagues while leveraging AI tools to deliver efficient, compliant solutions.
