Our client is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their esteemed legal team in Belfast . This challenging position involves managing a complex portfolio of commercial disputes, from initial assessment through to resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation. You will engage with a diverse range of commercial clients, providing strategic advice and robust representation. This role is suited for a solicitor who excels in high-stakes environments and is adept at navigating intricate legal challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct a caseload of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, debt recovery, and intellectual property disputes.
• Prepare court documents, pleadings, and witness statements.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Liaise effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in commercial litigation .
• Demonstrated experience in handling complex disputes within the UK legal framework.
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in case management software and legal research tools.
