Acting for global businesses, entrepreneurs and major organisations, the team advises on high-value domestic and cross-border disputes across a wide range of sectors and industries.

As a Commercial Litigation Associate Solicitor in Leeds, you'll join a collaborative and ambitious team with an outstanding reputation for delivering commercial, pragmatic advice on some of the most significant disputes in the market.
The Role:
- Working alongside partners on complex commercial disputes
- Managing your own matters with growing autonomy
- Advising on a broad range of business disputes
- Acting for clients across banking, real estate, energy and infrastructure
- Supporting clients in private equity, retail, leisure and food sectors
- Delivering dispute avoidance and pre-dispute advice
- Handling litigation, arbitration, mediation and adjudication matters
- Building strong relationships with clients and collaborating with colleagues across the wider firm
The Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor with ideally 1-4 PQE in Commercial Litigation
- Strong experience handling complex commercial disputes
- Excellent technical, drafting and analytical skills
- Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach to client service
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Ambitious, collaborative and keen to progress their career
- Committed to delivering exceptional client outcomes
