Commercial Manager, Broker Growth & P&L Leadership

Intact Insurance UK is looking for a Commercial Manager to drive P&L performance across broker panels in Birmingham or Bristol. You will lead Senior Trading Underwriters and Trading Underwriters, delivering growth, profitability, retention and portfolio quality.

You will develop broker strategies, enhance broker engagement, and ensure underwriting discipline while promoting data-driven decision making. Hybrid working and flexible hours support the role.
