Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all commercial aspects of construction projects, from tender stage to final account.
• Lead contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favourable terms.
• Develop and manage project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Identify and manage commercial risks, implementing strategies to protect the company's interests.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company commercial policies.
• Manage and mentor a team of quantity surveyors and commercial staff.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in a Commercial Manager role within the construction sector.
• Expertise in contract law, procurement, and financial management in construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction project finances.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
