Commercial Manager — Major Civil & Nuclear Delivery

Expanded Structures, a specialist division of Laing O'Rourke, seeks a Commercial Manager to lead commercial activities on major infrastructure projects in the Suffolk area. The role covers pre-construction through to completion, coordinating with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to secure successful delivery.

We require a degree in QS/ Civil Engineering/ Commercial Management, strong NEC contracts knowledge, and excellent communication to influence at all levels.
