Commercial Manager - Passive Fire Protection

Overview

Commercial Manager (Passive Fire) – Location: Kent – Salary: Negotiable.

We are a market leader in passive fire protection, providing a one-stop service including surveying, installation, certification and maintenance of fire doors, screens, and other fire stopping solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all commercial operations on contracts including Fire Protection / FRA.
• Lead and manage the commercial team; prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on financial performance and WIP.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure contracts are running on time and to budget.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management.
• Previous experience working on Fire Protection / FRA contracts.
• Experience of contract law.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Financial and commercial awareness; ability to manage time to meet deadlines.
• Ability to negotiate and influence; self-motivated; flexible & adaptable; resilient.
