Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all commercial and contractual aspects of assigned construction projects.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximise profitability and minimise risk.
• Oversee the tendering process, including negotiation of subcontracts and procurement.
• Manage applications for payment, variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Provide expert advice on contract law, dispute resolution, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and company policies.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry .
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of various contract forms (NEC, JCT, FIDIC) and their implications.
• Proven negotiation, financial management, and risk assessment skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing commercial teams.
