Location: Holborn, London Salary: £80,000-£100,000 Project Value: £8m Project: Landlord CAT A Works

Tribuild is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join the team on an £8m landlord CAT A project in Holborn.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially strong individual with experience delivering high-quality commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects in Central London.

The role will include:

Taking commercial responsibility for the project Managing procurement and subcontractor packages Cost reporting, forecasting and cash flow management Managing variations and change control Working closely with the project and construction teams Maintaining strong client and supply-chain relationships Driving commercial performance through to final accountWe're looking for someone with a strong main contractor or fit-out background and demonstrable experience managing projects of a similar scale.

Salary: £80k-£100k, dependent on experience
