Commercial Manager opportunity delivering NEC contract and commercial consultancy services in Bishop’s Stortford.
Responsibilities
- Deliver NEC contract and commercial consultancy services.
Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related construction discipline
- Expert working knowledge of NEC contracts
- MRICS, MCInstCES or another relevant professional qualification strongly preferred
- Additional qualifications in construction law, contract management or dispute resolution would be advantageous
