Commercial Parts Advisor

Commercial Parts Advisor Salary: £30,000 Basic | OTE up to £33,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings Location: Bicester

We are currently recruiting for a driven and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join a busy and growing commercial vehicle operation. You will play a key role in supporting a knowledgeable team of Technicians, ensuring they have the correct parts and sundries required to complete repairs efficiently and minimise vehicle downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting Workshop Technicians with the timely supply of parts and sundries
• Ordering parts and monitoring outstanding orders
• Providing updates to customers and Technicians
• Assisting retail and trade customers face-to-face and over the telephone
• Identifying and supplying the correct parts for vehicle repairs
• Maintaining excellent communication with internal teams and customers
• Ensuring high levels of accuracy and customer service at all times

The Successful Candidate:

• Previous Parts Advisor experience, ideally within HGV, LCV or commercial vehicles
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive and problem-solving approach
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
• Genuine interest in commercial vehicles
• Relevant technical experience or industry knowledge
