Up to £40K DOE (Depending on Experience)

The RoleAs a Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for:
Servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial plumbing systems.
Carrying out reactive repairs and planned maintenance.
Installing commercial plumbing and pipework systems.
Working on hot and cold water services, sanitary ware, boosted water systems, and associated plant.
Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently.
Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and industry standards.
Completing accurate job reports and providing excellent customer service.What We're Looking ForEssential:
Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber.
Relevant plumbing qualifications (SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Full UK driving licence.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.Desirable:
Experience working on commercial heating systems.
Water Regulations or Water Hygiene qualifications.
Experience within facilities management or building services.
Unvented hot water qualification.What's On Offer
