About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive Commercial Project Manager to join their team in Norwich . You will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to define project scope, manage budgets, and deliver projects on time and within agreed commercial terms. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of commercial projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Manage all commercial aspects of projects, including contract negotiation, procurement, and financial reporting.
• Oversee vendor and contractor performance, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project progress, key milestones, and financial status to stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a strong commercial focus.
• Proven experience in managing budgets, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Excellent understanding of commercial agreements, risk management, and financial controls.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
