About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead key business development and expansion projects in the Oxford area. This role is integral to driving strategic growth initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery that aligns with commercial objectives and market opportunities. You will manage projects from conception through to completion, working closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans for commercial initiatives, defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage project resources, including internal teams, external consultants, and vendors, ensuring efficient utilization.
• Oversee the implementation of new business strategies and market expansion efforts.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Project Manager or in a similar business development project role.
• Strong understanding of commercial strategy, market analysis, and business operations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
