About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to oversee business-critical projects within their organization, based in Plymouth . This role focuses on managing projects with significant commercial implications, including market entry strategies, product launches, and business development initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects meet their commercial objectives, deliver return on investment, and align with the company's strategic growth plans. The ideal candidate possesses strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage complex, high-stakes projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial projects from inception through to successful completion.
• Develop detailed business cases, financial models, and project plans for commercial initiatives.
• Oversee project budgets, track financial performance, and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure project success.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including external partners and clients.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Project Manager or in a role with significant commercial responsibility.
• Strong understanding of business development, market analysis, and financial planning .
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with high commercial impact.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
