About the Role

In this role, you will handle a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development projects. You will collaborate closely with partners and other legal professionals, providing expert advice to a varied client base. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end commercial property transactions, from initial instruction to completion.
• Draft and negotiate leases, contracts of sale, and other property-related agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence on commercial property portfolios.
• Advise clients on property development, financing, and planning matters.
• Liaise effectively with clients, surveyors, and other third parties involved in property deals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant property law and regulations.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with a solid background in commercial property law .
• Experience in handling a variety of commercial property transactions.
• Strong understanding of Land Law and related legislation in Northern Ireland.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
